Inventory Control Supervisor

 International machinery manufacturer is seeking a Purchasing/Inventory Control Supervisor. Will manage the daily activities of the purchasing and inventory control departments.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• BS or BA degree required as well as PMAC
• Organization skills plus 3-5 years job experience
• Knowledge of computer automated purchasing and inventory programs
• Knowledge of Inventory control procedures, such as KanBan, cycle counting
• Ability to gather information on material needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to determine safety stock levels and reorder points
• Ability to supervise staff in issues of purchasing or inventory control
• Ability to negotiate, source, contract and procure raw and component
• Materials.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and management reports

SALARY: Negotiable

LOCATION: GTA
