Our Guarantee

We will replace a candidate you hired through us, who leaves your employ within the first 3 months - for reasons other than lack of work (provided that all contractual obligations have been met).

Fees for this service are an agreed percentage of the successful candidate's annual compensation, payable by the employer upon successful placement of the candidate.
