Careers Sales Manager The Position Reporting directly to the President and company owner, you will be responsible for the management of the sales force, its daily objectives and motivation. You will also be responsible for developing and managing sales and marketing initiatives that increase the firms customer base. Qualifications: 2-5 years of successful sales experience Ability to analyze sales and marketing results Ability to work in a team oriented environment Able to solve problems independently Strong interpersonal, communication skills required for liaison with leadership, sales force & customers Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications Previous experience in the lawn care or related business an asset.
